Mosul Courthouse
June 25, 2008
While working on this project, Security situations were so bad in Mosul city. The management team and workers were under daily threaten but they were able to impress US Corps of Engineers . Project took 8 months for interior remodeling , renovation , supply and install security system and ballistic glass. The value of this project was 1M $.
Kerfkeer Asphalt Paving
March 10, 2008
It was really fun to work in that beautiful weather out there in Kurdistan Region to build up 20 miles of asphalt road included all Concrete culverts, Curbs and Paving. Project last for 6 months and we have finished the work before crazy cold winter. 500K $ Contract was awarded to AQMC through a contract with USACE.

Fort Magruder Hotel and Conference Center
Planning, budgeting, and day-to-day supervision to renovate and remodel and furnish 303 Rooms capacity in Williamsburg City Virginia, Total cost 7 M$. SOW included all required improvements, Plumbing, Electrical, Mechanical, Construction, and furniture work. Tuned over the project on budget and time.
Historical fort fence and gates
It was a fabulous experience to build the historical fence of the Magruder Fort including all log fences and the gates to represent the theme of civil war.
Lobby and Book bar
Work in the hospitality industry always is enjoyable for AQMC team. Interior finish was done for Fort Magruder Hotel and Conference Center in Williamsburg VA

Work during pandemic
Alief Clodine Dealership
Planning, budgeting, day to day supervision to build up 2 car dealerships on a 30,000 sf in Houston in Total cost 1M$. SOW included all required land improvement, Plumbing, Electrical , Mechanical and Construction work to supply and install 5 prefabricated buildings. Tuned over the project on budget and time.
Hammerly Blvd. Building
On 12,000 sf an amazing stone front finish commercial building included 10 retail suites have been finished in Hammerly blvd. Houston area. Work included all interior finish, Electrical , Mechanical and Plumbing work.
Econolodge Inn and Suites
Work in hospitality industry always is enjoyable for AQMC team. Interior finish was done for Econolodge Hotel at Houston Area.
Projects 2021
USACE - Supply, Delivery and Install Office Trailers to US Military - Iraq
The contract contained manufacturing office trailers in Georgia - USA, ship them overseas and install them in Green zone Iraq, trailers to be used by US military for training purposes. The contract was funded under a program of US government foreign assistance. Contract value about 500,000$.

Office Furniture
This contract was awarded to AQMC through US Air Force in Hurlburt Field, FL. All Furniture was designed and built in our factory in Turkey and shipped and installed at the final destination.
USDA Furniture
This contract was awarded to AQMC through USDA, Work included design, building,ing and installing furniture for 43 offices of USDA around Texas state.
Apartment Complex- Sachse
Despite some unforeseen difficulties, this particular project was completed on time and within budget. It’s the perfect example of my dedication to delivering a quality product, no matter what complications arise, in order to ensure full client satisfaction.
